Terms and Conditions (T&C) of the FADIDI Platform

1. Platform Overview

The FADIDI platform is a digital service for managing contracts, subscriptions, commissions, and intermediation between users (agents, clients, managers, and partner organizations). FADIDI is published and managed by the Senegalese company SARRIS, located in SALY/Mbour.

2. Purpose

These terms aim to define the conditions of access, use, and management of the services offered on the FADIDI platform by users.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Access to FADIDI services requires prior registration. The user agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

5. Use of Services

Users agree to use the services provided on FADIDI in a fair, lawful manner and in compliance with these terms. Any misuse (identity theft, fraud attempts, misuse of services, etc.) may result in account suspension or deletion.

6. FADIDI’s Responsibility

FADIDI undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure the availability and security of its services. However, FADIDI cannot be held responsible in the event of a technical failure beyond its control, indirect damages suffered by a user, or data loss due to force majeure.

7. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the way they use the platform. They guarantee that all data they provide is accurate and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Personal Data

FADIDI respects the privacy of its users. Collected data is processed in accordance with Senegalese data protection law (Law No. 2008-12 of January 25, 2008). Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data via contact@fadidi.sn.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (texts, logos, images, source code, design, etc.) is the exclusive property of FADIDI or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Financial Terms

The use of certain services may involve fees, commissions, or subscriptions. The amounts are displayed on the platform and may change at any time with prior notice to users.

11. Termination

Each party may terminate the use of the services at any time. FADIDI reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in case of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. Modification of the Terms

FADIDI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of the changes and must accept the new terms to continue using the platform.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Senegalese courts.
